At NationGrowth MicroFinance Limited, all those who participate either as investors, board members, employees or as members of the community we serve will promise to uphold the following principles:

3. We commit to abide by the laws of the country and if any person comes to know of any breach of discipline, to go there (or to NationGrowth) and help restore discipline.
4. We commit to engage in lawful activities and to encourage others to engage in lawful activities.
5. We commit to keep our political affiliations to ourselves and will not allow those to interfere in the relationships with others in the community who have different beliefs and affiliations.
6. We commit to cooperate with law enforcement authorities and discharge civic duties in accordance with the laws of the land.
7. We commit to do whatever we can to bring peace, unity and prosperity to the families and to the communities in which they live.
8. We commit to keep families small and be faithful to our partner children and to minimize expenditure.
9. We commit to take all measures to educate the children and ensure that they can provide for themselves.
10. We commit to keep the children and the environment healthy and clean.
11. We commit to avoid inflicting injustice and injury to anyone or, as much as is in our power, to allow anyone to do so.
12. We commit to undertake collectively bigger investments for higher incomes.
